Physician Assistant & Practice Manager: Andy Manos is a committed Physician Assistant and the Practice Manager at North Star Vascular & Interventional. With over a decade of experience in interventional radiology, Andy has been an integral member of the team, working closely with the clinic’s founders to provide state-of-the-art, minimally invasive treatments.

Clinical Expertise: Andy specializes in assisting with a variety of image-guided procedures. His extensive clinical experience includes: Vascular Care: Expert involvement in port placements and treatments for varicose veins. Specialized Embolization: Assisting in advanced procedures such as Hemorrhoid Artery Embolization (HAE) and Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) for urinary symptoms. Thyroid Procedures: Significant experience in ultrasound-guided thyroid interventions, aiding patients in avoiding surgery and visible scarring.

Philosophy of Care: Andy’s primary aim is to help patients return to the activities they enjoy. Whether it’s improving a patient's ability to move their knees comfortably or helping them regain confidence by addressing visible leg concerns, he focuses on delivering solutions that emphasize quick recovery and minimal downtime. He staunchly believes in a comprehensive approach, establishing strong foundations of trust and clear communication with each patient.

Background & Achievements: Education: Graduate of Augsburg University (Augsburg College). Leadership: Functions as the Practice Manager, ensuring the clinic sustains its high standards of innovation and empathetic patient care. Athletics: Prior to his medical career, Andy was an exceptional baseball player at The College of St. Scholastica, where he was inducted into the Athletics Hall of Fame (2025).

Personal Interests: An enthusiastic runner and nature lover, Andy has completed five marathons, including achieving a personal best at the 2025 Boston Marathon. When not at the clinic, he is a devoted father of three boys and enjoys spending time near the water, be it during Minnesota's icy winters or sunny summers.
