Andy Manos

Practice Manager

Andy is a Physician Assistant and healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience in interventional radiology, working closely alongside Drs. Golzarian and Astani. His clinical background includes extensive experience in ultrasound-guided thyroid procedures, varicose vein treatments, and vascular access port placement.

Andy’s approach to care centers on helping patients return to the activities and moments that matter most to them. Whether it’s breathing more comfortably, speaking with ease, swallowing without difficulty, or restoring confidence after visible neck swelling, he is committed to achieving meaningful results while minimizing scarring, downtime, and recovery.

He began his medical career after graduating from Augsburg College, following an earlier chapter as a collegiate baseball player at The College of St. Scholastica. In recognition of his athletic accomplishments, Andy was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame in 2025.

Outside of the clinic, Andy is a devoted husband and father of three. He enjoys spending time on the water in all seasons and is an accomplished distance runner, having completed five marathons—including a standout 2:42:44 finish at the 2025 Boston Marathon.
