Dr. Garcia brings over 20 years of expertise to his practice. He led as the Department Chief and Medical Director of Peripheral labs at the Center for Heart & Vascular Health at Christiana Care from 2000-2014. Furthermore, he served as Medical Director of the Center for Comprehensive Venous Health from 2013-2015 and as Chief Medical Officer for Merit Medical Systems from 2015-2017. Subsequently, he founded and now leads as CEO and Medical Director at EndoVascular Consultants. Dr. Garcia has been actively involved in numerous clinical trials and registries related to knee pain and is frequently invited to serve as a speaker or faculty at various national and international conferences.
