Certified by The American Board of Surgery in both general and vascular surgery, Dr. Seidman has introduced innovative technologies to our surgical community, including carotid stenting, endovascular repair of abdominal aortic aneurysms, endovascular treatment of complex thoracic aortic pathology and peripheral arterial disease.

Background
As a general surgeon, Dr. Seidman’s special interests include vascular and endovascular surgeries. He leads our region with his expertise and knowledge of aortic stents, grafting for abdominal aortic aneurysms and thoracic aneurysms.

Dr. Seidman serves as medical director for Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute and is the past chief of staff at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. He is a member of the Oregon Medical Association, Society of Vascular Surgery and Lane County Medical Society, as well as a fellow of the American College of Surgery. His original research in the field of vascular surgery won awards at the American Venous Forum and the New England Society for Vascular Surgery.
